14.3 Signs. No person may post or display any signs, banners, and the like, anywhere on the Condominium Property, including “For Sale,” “For Rent,” and other similar signs. If any sign is erected in violation of this provision, the Association shall have the right to enter the property on which the sign is located and remove it. Units for sale will be permitted to hold open houses during the duration of the listing and with prior notification to the Association. Open house signs will be limited in size to comply with the requirements set forth by the City of Sanibel. Signage will be limited to one (1) located roadside, one (1) at the Building of the Unit for sale, one (1) located at and/or next to the entry door of a Unit listed for sale so as to not block or impede walkways. One (1) small sign will be permitted inside the elevator of the Building in which the open house is held, if applicable. Any realtor or person tending an open house will be permitted to park one (1) vehicle on the property for the duration of the open house and must display an Association parking permit identifying the Unit in which the open house is to be held. No open house or other activity related to the sale of a Unit shall create a nuisance as described above.
